Recap of Admit Day 2009

April 4, 2009 welcomed families and incoming students to UCSD to learn about the academic requirements, student life and residential life of Sixth College.

Provost Naomi Oreskes welcomed families with a brief overview of UC San Diego and Sixth College. She emphasized the Culture, Art and Technology theme and our upper-division course, the Practicum. She hopes to meet everyone in person at Orientation in the Fall. Please view her entire welcome below.



Academic Advising

The Academic Advising staff is highly trained to assist students and are available for on-line advising over the summer. Points of interest they shared were:
