Apply for the Practicum

You’ve done the research, and now you’re ready to apply. Below are the proposal requirements. Once you complete the form and project description, submit them to the Sixth College Hub (2nd Floor of PCYNH) by Friday of WEEK 8, the quarter BEFORE you will begin your practicum project.

All proposals consist of the following 2 items:

  1. Cover Sheet
  2. Project Description answering the questions listed on the cover sheet. (TYPED)
