ZeroWaste Project
The Sustainability Department currently working in a project team to divert packaging materials from our waste stream, in accordance to the UCOP goal of going zero waste. We have been collecting from labs and are looking for ways to redistribute and reuse these materials on campus. Materials include packaging peanuts, air cushions, and bubble wrap. Stop by the Sustainability Resource Center to take some of these materials for free.

The A.S. Fellowship aims to help incoming first-year and first-year transfer students cultivate their leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills by participating in campus-wide advocacy and service-oriented efforts. Individuals who engage in this program will gain a comprehensive understanding of the functionality of the A.S. offices, develop the skills necessary to interact with peers and administrators, and gain insight into key issues that impact UC San Diego students.
