RA/HA Applications Are Now LIVE!


Hey Sixers! Have you ever wanted to join an RA/HA team in any of the residential areas on campus? Well, now is your chance! We are now accepting applications for the 2018-19 academic year! Being an RA/HA is a great way to connect with your campus community and help others feel at home here at UCSD!

Dine/Coffee With a Prof


The Dine-With-a-Prof and Coffee-With-a-Prof programs allow undergraduate students to get coffee or dine with one of their esteemed faculty members or graduate teaching assistants for free! We're halfway through Fall Quarter and vouchers are going fast! Sixth Julian Bus Trip


Missing autumn? Craving apple pie? Come join us as we find fall in San Diego and explore Julian together! You can go hiking on Stonewall Peak trail and/or visit historic sites in Julian such as Eagle High gold mine 400 feet below the ground, Pioneer Museum, art galleries etc. Then we will join together and enjoy the world famous apple pie in town.

Television Club Presents: Lip Sync Battle


The Television Club at Sixth College is proud to present its First Annual Lip Sync Battle! Do you have a killer fake-singing performance that deserves validation and reward? International Education Week: Flag Parade 2017


Join the flag parade to kick off IEW 2017! The Flag Parade will start at PC Plaza and wind through campus, ending at the International House Great Hall for the IEW Grand Opening Ceremony and lunch. We want YOU to participate and carry a flag. The first 150 people to sign up will receive a commemorative IEW T-shirt and a free food vendor voucher for the Grand Opening Ceremony. International Education Week: Fashion Show


Want to work the runway? Share your culture with UCSD? Have some clutch items from back home that aren't getting much love these days? Sign up to be a model for the IEW Fashion Show! Models must bring their own attire to model, which reflects their country/culture, and choose a song to walk to during the fashion show. Apply to be an Event Assistant and come work with us at UC San Diego International House! Monitor the use and condition of The Great Hall UCSD, adjacent patios and Asante Classrooms. Responsibilities include unlocking/locking the facilities pre/post events, set-up & break-down of various tables/chairs/A-V and other equipment items as needed for various weekday, evening, and weekend events.







MUIR 2 (Winter 2018) - Now Open To All Transfer Students


MUIR 2 is now open all all Transfer Students across the Six Colleges. Incoming students for the 2017-18 academic year will be pre-authorized to enroll. This course equips Transfer Students with the best practices and critical skills on how to succeed at a large research university. Topics include: effective research and study skills, personal well-being, communication skills, research and experimental learning, academic success strategies, and more.
