Celebrate Out & Proud Week at UC San Diego!

Out and Proud Week presents the largest opportunity for community visibility on the UC San Diego campus. It is a week-long group celebration and private reflection on the achievements of LGBTQIA+ identified students, staff, and faculty and our allies. It is also a time for public awareness and discussion of current LGBTQIA+ issues on the state and national levels.

Come celebrate by joining us at the many activities and events happening on campus throughout the week! More information in the link below.

A Message from the Sun God Festival Health & Safety Task Force:

As the 36th annual Sun God Festival approaches, the festival planning team would like to share important information about the festival. This year, our team wants to emphasize health & safety at Sun God; in previous years’ festivals, over 40 students were hospitalized due to heavy alcohol consumption. These numbers have decreased steadily over the years, but we want to emphasize that your choices will not only determine what the future of the festival looks like, but also how you will be able to enjoy Sun God this year. Please keep this incredible campus tradition going by being safe and taking care of each other!

Additionally, as a final reminder, registration for the festival ends on April 24th, 11:59 PM!
