The SmartClassroom provides space for Sixth College student organizations and students to work, experiment, and engage with each other in a STEM-to-STEAM mixed-use and collaborative space. It extends the principles of Sixth, a community made up of interdisciplinary majors with diverse backgrounds, and the college’s commitment to fostering and supporting students exploring the intersections of culture, art, and technology.

LCTs are one of I-House's most popular programs and they involve a collection of tables each featuring a different language. There are hosts at each table that facilitate the learning of that language! LCTs provide students with the opportunity to learn another language the easier way by conversating. The purpose of the forum is to have an open and supportive space to discuss experiences as a people of South Asian descent and to build community. The ceremony begins at 6:30pm; volunteers need to be available beginning at 5pm. Students living in residence in Sixth College may be approved for late check-out (Monday by Noon on June 18th). Our mission is to help feed students and fight food insecurity. ALL foods offered were recovered and saved from becoming compost or trash. We have free prepared food accessible for international and undocumented students every Tuesdays from 3-4pm and every Fridays from 11am-12pm at The Hub in the Original Student Center. Bring your own plate and utensils!
