Lynette Brossard

Undergraduate Instruction Coordinator

As Undergraduate Instruction Coordinator I am responsible for every aspect of Academic Programs' course management including course advising, scheduling, student enrollment, grade administration, records management, evaluations, academic integrity, and academic personnel issues. I especially enjoy advising Sixth College students. I am Sixth College's liaison with the Office of Student with Disabilities, and students who are seeking special accommodation or who have questions or concerns related to campus services available to disabled students are welcome to come see me.

In my role as Technology Officer, I manage Sixth College's interactive instruction computer lab, the SmartClassroom, and the twenty-four-hour access lab in Pepper Canyon Hall, the Digital Playroom. I also work with Academic Technology Services to analyze and identify lab cohesive software applications appropriate for instructional use in CAT courses. I work with faculty, staff, and students throughout the university as the college's liaison with various departments and offices across the campus community. Together with the Director, the Associate Director for Writing, and the Associate Director for Experiential Learning and Practicum, I actively participate in the short- and long-range planning of the administration of the writing program.
