Global ExperienceHave you always dreamed of traveling across the country—or across the world? Does the idea of reading in a Parisian café or swimming in the Indian Ocean sound appealing? If so, watch the video above to learn more about the exciting ways to fulfill your experiential learning requirement while studying abroad! Options for fulfilling the experiential learning requirement within the Global Experience track include the following:

  • Approved courses: Enroll in a Global Seminar course or take another class from the approved course list below to automatically satisfy the experiential learning requirement!

  • Other study abroad options: Participate in any approved study abroad program of at least four weeks and submit a course proposal upon your return to fulfill your experiential learning requirement.

Be sure to review the eligibility criteria before finalizing your plans for studying abroad if you would like your coursework to satisfy the requirement.

Submit questions about the experiential learning requirement at any time and visit experiential learning drop-in hours on Tuesdays from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. during Week 1 through Finals Week.
