Hi, Sixers!

My name is Gage Gamboa (pronouns: He, Him, His) and I am one of your Academic Advisors at Sixth College. I have been working at UCSD in academic advising since early 2022. I graduated from UCSD as well, with a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning. My experience prior to working at UCSD has been varied – with positions in city government, private planning consultancies, and even teaching English in Japan! I am excited to provide you with guidance throughout your time here at UCSD.

Outside of work, I love hiking, reading, going to cafes, and playing guitar/drums. I look forward to meeting you!
